Active sessions will engage pupils of all abilities as they investigate sustainability, energy and resource management topics. A behind-the-scenes tour enables pupils to witness parts of the facility in action. A team challenge encourages pupils to consider their environment and touches on contemporary geographical knowledge, linking with KS3 and GCSE. KS2 pupils revisit recycling, reduce and reuse learning and develop an understanding of recovering energy from waste.
