How to find us

  • From Liskeard take the A38 towards Bodmin.
  • Turn left onto the A390.
  • After passing through East Taphouse, take the next left onto the B3359 to Looe.
  • Follow signposts to Connon Bridge Recycling Centre. The site is situated on the left side of the road.

Monday to Sunday, 9.00am to 4.00pm

Where there is a fee to pay no cash payments will be accepted, card payments only.

  • Cartons∗
  • Clothes and textiles
  • Cookers
  • Cooking oil (in secure containers)
  • Energy-saving lightbulbs
  • Engine oil
  • Fridges and freezers
  • Fluorescent tubes
  • Gas bottles
  • Glass
  • Green/garden waste – Please do not bring Japanese Knotweed. Ragwort must be double-bagged and placed in the general waste.
  • Household chemicals (under 5 litres)
  • Household waste including large bulky items
  • Items for re-use
  • Metal
  • Newspaper and magazines
  • Plastic bottles
  • Rigid plastics (clean buckets, garden furniture, water butts, plastic bins, collapsible crates, pale brown or beige plant pots)
  • Soil and rubble (there is a fee to pay)
  • Small electrical items
  • TVs/monitors
  • Tyres (there is a fee to pay)
  • Wood

Cartons and paper containers with metal ends

  • Juice cartons including caps and straws
  • Pringle tubes but no lids
  • Milk cartons including caps and straws
  • Dough paper containers with metal ends
  • Soup, tomatoes and other food cartons
  • Other paper containers with metal ends (no lids)
