The Dive Project Cornwall focusses on providing children with the opportunity to learn about the importance of marine conservation and environmental protection through hands on experiences such as diving and beach cleans. By immersing children in the under water world, the charity aims to instil a sense of wonder and appreciation for the natural world while teaching them valuable skills such as teamwork and perseverance.

‘We are excited to partner with SUEZ, it was great to be able to show some of the team around our basecamp to look at what we do and how we can make such a difference to young lives’ said Andy Forster, founder of the charity ‘ by working with local businesses and receiving sponsorship it enables us to be able to continue this really valuable work.’

SUEZ is thrilled to be able to support this important initiative that not only promotes good mental health and resilience in children but also encourages them to become advocates for the environment. SUEZ run on the behalf of Cornwall Council, visitor centres which aim to educate the local community about waste, recycling and the environment . In working with this organisation it ensures that the environmental education extends outside of the classroom to help protect the Cornish countryside and beaches.
